Why do I take classes at the Bar Method? I ask myself that question at least twice every class. During thigh work (shaking is good!) and during flat back (lift those feet off the ground!) I remember the reasons after class is over.

The staff. They are amazing. Highly trained and so friendly, they are a big part of why I keep coming back.

The workout. It’s ALWAYS challenging and the staff is diligent in making sure that your form is correct so that you get the maximum benefit from the class.

The results. I’ve tried lots of different things throughout the years and I have to say that I have seen the biggest positive change in my body in the shortest amount of time with The Bar Method.
